Jeff Ricketts brings over 35 years of focused experience in custom unitized façade systems to the Physical Security team. His career is defined by his expert management of every project phase—from design, engineering, and procurement to fabrication and final installation. Joining PS in 2024, he specializes in steering the firm’s most complex façade projects from conception to completion.
Jeff began his career at Midwest Curtainwall in Cleveland and progressed through key roles at firms like Benson Industries, where he served as Regional Manager of California operations. This extensive background shaped his detail-oriented approach to project management. He believes in leveraging the entire team’s strengths to find creative solutions for the unique challenges of high-end façades, ensuring success for all stakeholders.
He has played a pivotal role in the delivery of world-class projects across the globe. His portfolio includes the Wilshire Grand in Los Angeles, Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, the M Resort in Las Vegas, and the Grand Millennium Plaza in Hong Kong, in addition to numerous other federal, hospitality, and high-rise developments.
Jeff holds a Certificate in Mechanical & Structural CAD Drafting from Hickock Technical Institute.
