Jesse Oakes is the Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations for Physical Security, LLC, where he is responsible for the comprehensive management and successful delivery of projects throughout the region. With over 40 years of experience in the glazing and curtainwall industry, his expertise encompasses the entire project lifecycle, from initial design development and engineering through manufacturing and final installation.
Jesse’s approach to project leadership is centered on collaborative problem-solving and stakeholder alignment. He is known for his ability to navigate complex challenges by expertly balancing the diverse interests of design, engineering, budget, and schedule. This approach allows him to foster strong, professional relationships with contractors and architects alike, ensuring every project is a partnership focused on achieving the best possible outcome.
His diverse experience includes major projects in the airport, commercial high-rise, museum, education, and hospital sectors across the United States. His work in the Mid-Atlantic is highlighted by his leadership on landmark projects such as RDU Airport Terminal 2, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services Headquarters, and Buildings S & T for the SAS Institute.
Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace from Middle Tennessee University.
