His career has been dedicated to mastering the complete building envelope, with specialized knowledge in masonry, precast, stone veneers, and high-performance glazing systems. For the past two decades, he has concentrated specifically on the complexities of the glazing industry.

His leadership ensures that projects are not just well-managed, but also cohesively designed and executed, from the structural interface to the final aesthetic details.

Jerome has applied his expertise to a wide range of significant projects, including hospitals, office towers, and airports. He specializes in the complexities of the federal sector, where he has led both domestic and foreign projects, including 45 L Street and CSOB4 in Washington, D.C., and the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland.
