Rob Grosze is a Managing Partner of Physical Security, LLC, where he oversees the firm’s overall strategy and the integrity of its end-to-end project delivery. As one of the founding partners in 2006 and with over 30 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry, Rob has a proven track record in the Preconstruction Design, Estimating, and Final Installation of complex glazing projects.
Rob’s leadership philosophy was forged early in his career at Cupples Products, where he learned the immense value of a single-source-responsibility model. He is passionate about providing clients with a seamless, integrated process, handling projects from design through fabrication and ultimately installation. He has shaped Physical Security on this “in-house” framework, believing it provides maximum value and coordination for architects and owners.
This expertise was honed through his involvement in numerous protective glazing projects for the US government and its military, both domestically and internationally. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
