BNA Concourse D is a major airport expansion featuring a new, modern concourse facility designed to improve passenger flow and aircraft operations at Nashville International Airport, recognized as one of the nation’s best design-build projects. PS was subcontracted to supply and install the exterior glazing systems, including high-performance curtainwall, large-format insulated glass units, and specialty vision and spandrel glass engineered for thermal control, solar performance, and robust airport environmental loads. The work demanded precise coordination of anchorage and interface details with complex structural framing, high-bay roof conditions, and mechanical systems — all executed within an active airport environment with strict security, phasing, and access constraints. PS’s technical execution delivered a durable, weather-tight, and visually cohesive glazed façade that contributes to the concourse’s long-term performance, passenger experience, and architectural excellence.
