Hertz Corporation Global Headquarters

The project delivered a new 3-story, 302,260-square-foot corporate office building (plus a 305,000-square-foot, 3-level parking garage and ancillary campus elements). Turner Construction PS was contracted to supply and install the full exterior glazing envelope, including curtainwall systems, punched-opening windows, and high-performance insulated glazing engineered for thermal control, weather-tightness, and structural performance under Florida climate conditions. The scope required precise interface detailing, anchorage coordination, and sequencing to integrate glazing with structural framing and the parking garage shell — all while meeting the project’s sustainability and efficiency design targets. As a result, PS’s glazing installation helped deliver a durable, energy-efficient, visually consistent façade that supports Hertz’s corporate headquarters functionality and contributed to the building achieving LEED Gold certification.
